Guest Speaker: Jody Landers, former Baltimore City Councilman, community activist and life-long resident of the Hamilton area. Jody will be discussing the Harford Road "Overlay," a new zoning law that could have a profound impact on neighborhoods along the Harford Road corridor from Parkside Drive to the county line. Jody has also been very involved in the campaigns to oppose the proposed CMDS rehab center and Royal Farms gas station.
